By accessing or using marketermetrics.com ("the Website") and purchasing any products offered by MarketerMetrics ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Products and Services

MarketerMetrics offers an online course on marketing data skills. The course includes instructional content, exercises, practice datasets, a solutions sheet and a certificate of completion. Course access is personal and tied to the email address used at purchase.

Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Dodo Payments).
  • After successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to sign in to the course, usually within a few minutes.
  • You will receive a receipt via email.

Free Chapter

Module 1 (also called Chapter 1) is available for free on the Website. If you give us your email address to receive it, you agree to receive the chapter and related emails about the course. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the course is not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. No reason needed. When a refund is processed, access to the course ends. After 14 days, purchases are final.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the course, contact us at nick@marketermetrics.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Quizzes, Final Project and Certificate

  • Each module ends with a short self-check quiz. Quiz results are not saved and are not required for the certificate.
  • To earn the certificate of completion, you submit a final project. Nick Zaridze reviews every project personally and replies within 3 working days with either your certificate or notes on what to fix. You can resubmit.
  • The final project must be your own work. We may decline to issue a certificate for copied work.
  • The certificate confirms that you completed the course and passed the final project review. It is not an accredited qualification.
  • Each certificate has an ID that anyone can check at marketermetrics.com/verify. This shows your name, project type and issue date.

Intellectual Property

  • All course content, including text, images, datasets, and exercises, is the intellectual property of MarketerMetrics.
  • You may use the course materials for personal and professional learning purposes.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or reproduce the course content in any form without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your course login, or upload or distribute the course content publicly
  • Use the course materials to create a competing product
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website's functionality
  • Provide false information when making a purchase or signing up

Disclaimer

The course is provided "as is." While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific career outcomes or job placement as a result of completing the course
  • The accuracy of third-party tools or platforms referenced in the course

The course is educational in nature and should not be considered professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketerMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or the course materials.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
