How to request a refund

Email nick@marketermetrics.com from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order ID (it's in your Dodo Payments receipt email). You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

  • We process your refund within 2 business days.
  • Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. The refund goes back to your original payment method and usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • When the refund is processed, your access to the course ends.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days.
